Lots of things are going on at Joan Longstaff’s art gallery in Edmonds, Washington. She is excited about all the stone sculpture coming her way from the NWSSA membership.

 

Nicky Oberholtzer was the featured artist for September. Lane Tompkins will be the October artist with his show opening on October 14. Tom Francis will open on November 4. Jim Heltsley is on deck for December 8th. All Featured Artist receptions are on the day of their opening, from 1 to 5.

 

And don’t forget that the third Thursday evening of every month, from 5 to 8, is the City of Edmonds Art Walk. The Edmonds Gallery always provides music, food and drink for hundreds of Art Walk visitors.

Either way, it’s a great opportunity to show what you can do and to help the public gain an appreciation for the beauty of stone sculpture.
